Kathmandu, June 29
The government of Nepal has so far signed grant agreements with 1, 80, 413 households for reconstruction of their quake-hit houses.
In Ramechhap, it has reached deals with 40, 553 out of 43, 609 quake-affected families.
According to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development, the government has signed deals with 40, 857 affected families in Gorkha and 28, 964 households in Sindhupalchok as of June 28, 2016.
It has signed agreements with 20, 557 families in Dolakha, 17, 002 families in Okhaldhunga, 12, 639 in Dhading and 8, 991 families in Kavre. The government has signed such deals with 7,753 families in Nuwakot, 2, 077 families in Rasuwa, 1, 100 families in Sindhuli and 520 families in Makwanpur.
