Kathmandu, January 29
CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and his CPN-Maoist Centre counterpart Pushpa Kamal Dahal are issuing ‘special directives’ to a joint task force involving three leaders from each party.
The task force led by UML’s Subas Chandra Nembang and Maoist Centre’s Ram Bahadur Thapa is holding a meeting in the presence of top two leaders today as well.
Just yesterday, the six-member panel had finalised division of six provincial chief ministers, six provincial speakers and six deputy-speakers between two parties.
It is expected that Oli and Dahal will endorse the conclusion of the panel and begin discussions on selection of candidates for the positions today.
