Jumla, September 29
One person died in a truck accident in the Hima rural municipality-1 of the Jumla district in northwestern Nepal on Wednesday night.
The truck (Bagmati Province 03 001 Kha 2164) was carrying apples from Guthijyula, Kanakasundari rural municipality of the district to Surkhet.
The victim has been identified as Abinash Lama, a resident of the Makawanpur district.
Likewise, his assistant Hari Neupane from the same district has sustained a head injury and is undergoing treatment at Karnali Academy of Health Sciences, according to DSP Narendra Chand of the Jumla District Police Office.
