Kathmandu, December 20
Badri Bajgain, a central committee member of the Maoist Centre, has been accused of sexual harassment.
Bajgain has been accused of repeatedly sending obscene messages to a woman. The woman had filed a written complaint against Bajgain.
Following the complaint, Bajgain has been suspended from the party’s central committee.
The party’s central committee has asked the party’s disciplinary committee to investigate the case and take necessary actions. The disciplinary committee has been given 10 days to submit its report.
Onlinekhabar’s effort to contact Bajgain went in vain. He is yet to respond to the party’s central committee too.
