Kathmandu, July 13

Ministers in the KP Oli Cabinet representing junior coalition partner CPN-Maoist Centre have tendered their resignation en masse.

According to state-run news agency RSS, Deputy Prime Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi submitted a letter to the Prime Minister informing him that the ministers have put in their papers. The report said that Sapkota visited Oli at this residence in Baluwatar this morning.

The Maoist party had lent its support to the UML-led government, paving the way for KP Oli to become Prime Minister in October, 2015.
