Kathmandu, July 13
Top leaders of the Nepali Congress and CPN-Maoist Centre signed a seven-point agreement to topple the KP Oli government, it has been revealed.
The agreement, signed by Congress president Deuba and Maoist chairman Prachanda, says both parties agree to form a coalition government after the Maoists pull out of the KP Oli government.
According to the agreement, leaked to the press, both parties will work towards addressing discontent related to the new constitution, and towards amending the constitution through political consensus.

- To make arrangements to implement the new constitution by formulating necessary laws and politics, and to conduct elects at all level

- To expedite distribution of relief for victims of the April 25, 2015 quake
- To address the problems of shortages in the market and tame inflation
- To kick-start a campaign for national prosperity
- To form a coalition government
