Kathmandu, April 20
A massive fire has engulfed Singraha, Kajarhawa-9 in Kapilvastu district, killing a child and destroying 15 houses already. Authorities have called a fire engine from Taulihawa. It is yet to arrive on the scene and extinguish the fire.
