Kathmandu, September 18
Naya Shakti Nepal on Sunday submitted a memorandum to acting Prime Minister Bimalendra Nidhi demanding fulfillment of its demands.
A Naya Shakti team comprising party leaders Ram Chandra Jha and Durga Sob, among others, handed over the memorandum calling on the Prachanda government to implement the new Constitution by fulfilling just demands of Madheshi, Janajati and Tharu communities, among others.

It has called for formation of an all-party political mechanism to address demands of agitating parties
The party said the government should be serious about and make adequate preparations for conducting local, provincial and federal elections before January 20, 2017 (tentatively).
It has submitted memoranda to government through all district administration offices.
Devendra Poudel, chief of the party’s Organisation Department, warned before the memorandum handover that the party will launch a movement if the government does not address livelihood-related demands without delay.
