Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said on Thursday he will not reach any deal with any party in a way that undermines national interest.
He said this while inaugurating the unity convention of Nepal Press Centre aligned to the CPN-Maoist Centre. Prachanda said political parties may have different ideologies but they cannot go for a deal that compromises national interest.
Implementation of hte Constitution is the main challenge, he said, adding that the Press should help with implementation. Prachanda said the situation may become more complex if the media does not provide help.
He said hid government is committed to implementing the Charter by uniting all sides concerned.
