Kathmandu, December 30
The CPN-UML-aligned Youth Association torched a government-owed vehicle numbered Ba 2 Jha 1392 in front of Alfa Beta Complex, New Baneshwor, on Friday afternoon.
The association vandalised another vehicle at New Baneshwor.
Eyewitnesses said earlier a group set the vehicle on fire, expressing anger over the use of the vehicle on a public holiday.
The driver of another vehicle, numbered Ba 2 Jha 1055, said a group intercepted the vehicle and vandalised it.
