Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has met Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, also a chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party, on Monday. Another chairman of the NCP, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, was also present at the meeting.
Details of the meeting have not been divulged yet. However, it has been learned that the top leaders discussed filling vacancies at various constitutional bodies and universities. Likewise, they also discussed the government’s response to the Covid-19 crisis, according to Baluwatar sources.
NC leader Ramesh Lekhak had also accompanied Deuba during the meeting held at Baluwatar.
