Dang, April 22
Eight people sustained injuries when an unidentified group attacked namaz-performing Muslim devotees at a local mosque in Dang of Lumbini on Friday.
Of them, one is said to be critical whereas seven others are risk-free.
Some unidentified people came to the mosque located in Lamahi of the district with bricks and sharp weapons when the devotees were performing namaz and attacked them, according to a preliminary report.
Four of them have been admitted to the Lamahi Hospital whereas four others are at Janaki Medical for further treatment.
Police are looking into the case.
