Kathmandu, July 11
A helicopter has gone out of contact in Solukhumbu on Tuesday. Manang Air helicopter, which was flying to Kathmandu from Surke, has gone out of contact.
The helicopter had six people on board.
Raju Neupane of the company said the helicopter went out of contact at 10.01 am.
A team has been mobilised to look for the helicopter. A spokesperson at Tribhuvan International Aiport, Tek Nath Sitaula, said a helicopter from Altitude Air is being deployed.
Sources say the Manang Air helicopter went missing around Lamjura Pass.
