Kalinga Literary Festival is all set to begin from September 1-3 in Hotel Himalaya, Lalitpur.
The three-day-long festival is scheduled to be attended by guests from various sectors of Nepal and India including actors, media persons, writers, and politicians among others.
The festival will feature panel discussions, poetry recitations, music performances and various other programmes.
Key topics of the panel discussions include Central Theme Session: Shakti, Bhakti, Civilizational Connection: Nepal as Centre of Global Thought; Global Challenges, Local Solutions: Bridging Nations through Humanitarian Diplomacy; Art in South Asia and Challenges and Potential of Cinema in the New Age of South Asia.
“Like the first edition, the second edition of the festival will also analyse the broad literary, cultural and spiritual traditions of Nepal,” says Ranjana Niraula, coordinator and director of KLF Kathmandu.
