Incessant rain flooded parts of Dhangadhion on Monday.
The ward of Seti Zonal Hospital has also experienced flooding.
According to DSP Kuldeep Chand of the District Police Office in Kailali, water has entered the maternity ward and surgery room of Seti Zonal Hospital. Following this inundation, both patients and their relatives have encountered difficulties.
Due to continuous rainfall since Sunday night, LN Chowk, Bishalnagar, and Hasanpur areas of the Dhangadhi market have been inundated.
The District Police Office in Kailali stated that the absence of proper water drainage resulted in increased flooding in Wards 1, 3, and 4 of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city.
