The Patan High Court issued an interim order instructing the company registrar’s office to halt the sale of shares of the telecommunications service provider Ncell.
Judge Purushottam Prasad Dhakal’s bench issued an interim order to the company registrar’s office, restraining the registration of Ncell share sales in the register until December 11.
The court has scheduled a hearing on December 11.
