Kirtipur, December 2
Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan, one of the major attractions of the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL), made his debut for Karnali Yaks in a match led by captain Sompal Kami.
Karnali Yaks chose to bat first, with Shikhar Dhawan opening the innings alongside Dev Khanal. Dhawan scored 14 runs off 14 balls, hitting three boundaries, before being bowled out by Harsh Thakur.
The match against Janakpur Bolts drew an enthusiastic crowd to Kirtipur, eager to watch both the Karnali Yaks and Shikhar Dhawan in action.
