Kathmandu, August 22
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s special emissary to New Delhi DPM Bimalendra Nidhi, who was scheduled to return home today, will only be back tomorrow.
Nidhi, during his visit to the Indian capital, has already met President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other Ministers. He has also met leaders of the opposition in New Delhi.
Nidhi is expected to meet other political leaders during the day today,
