Kathmandu, March 9
Himalaya Airlines’ first Airbus A320-200 landed at Tribhuan International Airport on Wednesday.
The private airlines company is starting international flights in collaboration with Tibet Airlines. Raj Bahadur KC, the company’s general manager, said they plan to launch their international operation from April 12.
Himalaya has taken the Airbus on lease with a Chinese company for a period of 12 years.
It plans to expand its service by bringing in another Airbus within a few months.
