Jajarkot, November 27
An improvised explosive device went off while transporting ballot papers from Kushe Rural Municipality-1 of Jajarkot district to the district headquarters on Monday.
The District Police Office says one Shanta Bahadur Basnet has sustained minor injuries after being hit by shrapnel.
The ballot boxes, however, are safe.
