Kathmandu, October 26
Nepal’s foreign minister Prakash Sharan Mahat heads to the Indian capital on Wednesday to take part in the two countries’ Joint Commission meeting.
The meeting will see Mahat interact with his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj on a wide range of issues. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the ministers will discuss progress made in ongoing Indo-Nepal cooperation projects.
Minister Mahat said the Gandak agreement between the two countries will also be discussed during the meeting.
Mahat is to return home on Friday.
