Kathmandu, September 21
Nepal’s ‘new’ proposed envoy to New Delhi, Dip Kumar Upadhyaya will face Parliamentary hearing on September 28.
A meeting of the Parliament’s Hearing Committee made the decision earlier today, and asked people who have filed complaints against Updhyaya to be present during the hearing.
Upadhyaya was sacked by the KP Oli government accusing him of being involved in a plot to topple the government. He was re-nominated to the post by the Prachanda government.
