Kathmandu, April 27
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has formally relieved Assistant Minister Biraj Bista from his post, and appointed Resham Lama in his place.
Bista was recalled by his party RPPN as part of its disciplinary action against him. Prime Minister Oli, who had given Bista a berth in the council of ministers on the recommendation of the party, sacked Bista after he received a formal letter from RPPN to do.
