Four persons died when a jeep fell off the road in Gogtan Phudsil rural municipality-7 of Doti in Sudurpaschim on in the wee hours of Sunday.
Three persons died on the spot whereas a child succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment, according to police.
The four-wheeler (Ma 1 Cha 550) was heading to Chawarachautara, Bogtan Phudsil-7 from the district headquarters in Dipayal, according to DSP Indra Bahadur Malla of the District Police Office.
Three passengers and the jeep driver have sustained injuries when the jeep fell off around 200 metres down the road at around 1:30 am today.
They have been sent to the district headquarters for treatment, according to the rural municipality’s chairperson Kamal Bahadur Gadsila.
