Transporters, in coordination with Traffic Police and the Department of Transport Management, have started booking bus tickets, targeting people leaving the Kathmandu Valley during Dashain.
For Pokhara (Kaski district) and some other districts located close to the valley, ticket booking will open only a few days later.

The division has called people to lodge complaints at help desks against those involved in cheating passengers, including those seeking to sell tickets at exorbitant rates.
