Kathmandu, November 15
Mega Bank CEO Anil Keshari Shah has been elected president of Nepal Bankers’ Association.
Shah has already served as vice-president of the association. He was the lone candidate in the fray for the top position in the association.
Meanwhile, general assembly of the association is taking place on Wednesday. The meeting will announce NBA’s newly-elected executive committee.
NB Bank CEO Gyanendra Dhungana has been elected the association’s vice-president. Both NBA president and his deputy will serve a two-year term.
Shah studied in John F Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and obtained his MBA from Delhi University.
