Kathmandu, March 1
Rabindra Mishra, who recently quit journalism to join politics, has given his nascent party a name: Sajha Party.
Balance is the new party’s proposed election symbol.
A leader involved in the party formation process said: The process of registering the party is closed for now. But we want to reserve the party name and its election symbol.
The formal declaration of the party will take place in a few weeks, with Mishra working as its coordinator.
Mishra had quit BBC Nepali Service on Tuesday and announced that he will form a political party.
