Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has flied to Singapore, reportedly for treatment, on Wednesday night.
A source at the party’s central office informs that the former prime minister flew to Singapore after he suffered some problems in his stomach.
For a past few years, Deuba has been undergoing checkups at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore. Therefore, he left for the island city state as per suggestions of his Nepali consultants here, the source informs.
He is accompanied by wife Arzu Rana and will return home on Monday.
