Nepal’s football team, which will take on Australia in the second round of World Cup 2022 Asian Qualifiers, have been announced. National team coach Johan Kalin announced the 23-member team.
Nepal will play Australia on October 10 and Jordan on October 15.
Nepal have been drawn with Kuwait, Australia, Chinese Taipei and Jordan. They have won one and lost one game so far. In their first group match, Nepal lost to Kuwait 7-0. However, they did bounce back beating Chinese Taipei 2-0 at their own home ground.
Coach Kalin says he he hopes to bring positive results from both the matches.
