Butwal, March 3
A man has died in a motorbike crash in the Palpa district of Lumbini on Thursday.
The victim has been identified as Pawan Thapa (33), who was riding on the motorbike (Lu 79 Pa 1098). He had fallen on the road as he lost control over the vehicle at Pantar, Rambha rural municipality-1 of the district.
Seriously injured in the accident, he was rushed to the Lumbini Medical College in Palpa, which had referred the case to the Butwal-based Chauraha Hospital.
Police Inspector Laxman Pachabhaiya of the District Police Office says Thapa died during treatment in Butwal.
