Kathmandu, July 25
Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Mohammad Ishtiyaq Rayi’s car has been booked by traffic police as it was found parking on the road.
Officials say they have fined the owner of the vehicle (Ba 22 Cha 2583) at a parking-restricted point.
It, however, is not clear if the minister was in the car during the action, but officials have confirmed it was the minister’s car.
“The vehicle was in the no-parking area. Moreover, it was facing the opposite side,” a police official says, “Hence, we fined them.”
