Janakpurdham, June 22
The body of a man was found in a well in Dalkebar in Mithila municipality in Dhanusha.
Police Inspector Sabin Rai of the Area Police Office, Dhalkebar, informed that the body of a 35-year-old man was found in a well near Everest Oil at Dakshinwari Chowk, Dhalkebar.
The deceased has not been identified yet and the body has been sent for postmortem.
Rai says it is likely he fell into it a few days ago.
Locals informed the police about the body on Thursday morning. They told the police the man was not from the region.
Rai said further investigations were ongoing if he fell himself or if someone pushed him into the well.
