Rukum (West), October 18
A woman was murdered in Musikot municipality in Rukum (West) on Tuesday. One person has been arrested by Nepal Police.
DSP Nam Raj Bhattarai said the person will be made public after police investigations are over.
The deceased has been identified as Bhawana BK, 28. She was found dead in the Satkar Hotel in Khalaga on Tuesday morning.
Police from Kohalpur reached the scene on Tuesday evening with a canine unit, initiated an investigation and arrested a suspect.
Upon initial examination, it was determined that the motive behind the murder was related to financial transactions.
