Shanghai, Singhania and Kedia belong to the Vishal Group. Bishal Group had leased the land of Bal Mandir and used it.

On behalf of the Bal Mandir, a complaint was lodged with the CIB on Thursday. In the year 2021, after acquiring ‘Sita Bhawan’ located in Naxal, the government kept 119 ropani 12 annas 3 paisa land in the name of Nepal Children’s Organization i.e. Bal Mandir.

The CIB had also started a subtle investigation into this land issue. Even in the CIB’s investigation, it was revealed that the land had been misused, but the case process did not go ahead because it was not formally reported.
