One person died and seven others were injured in a SUV accident in Gulmi.
DSP Shankar Pokharel of District Police Office Gulmi informed that 32-year-old Kamala Budhathoki, a resident of Satyavati Rural Municipality, died in an accident.
On Monday morning, there was an accident in Kaliganda Rural Municipality Ward No 4 Okyang, which was going from Chandrakot to Purtighat. There were eight people in the SUV.
DSP Pokharel said that four of the seven injured persons are in serious condition. All the injured have been sent to Palpa for further treatment.
According to the police, 29-year-old Keshav Rana, 37-year-old Rita Chantel, 4-year-old Erisa Chantel, 26-year-old Ajay Nepali, 75-year-old Tek Bahadur Kala, 46-year-old Durpati Baral and 23-year-old Mekh Baral were injured in the accident.
