Nepal secures second consecutive victory in Blind T20 Cricket World Cup

Nepal achieved its second consecutive victory in the ongoing Blind T20 Cricket World Cup in Pakistan, defeating South Africa by 11 runs.

Chasing a target of 199 runs set by Nepal, South Africa managed to score only 187 runs for the loss of two wickets in 20 overs. South African batter Bule Vidlala remained unbeaten, scoring a century with 100 runs.

Earlier, Nepal batted first and posted 198 runs for the loss of four wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Naresh was the standout performer for Nepal, scoring a brilliant 80 runs.

Having lost their first two matches, Nepal began their resurgence with a win against Afghanistan on Monday.

With the victory over South Africa, Nepal’s chances of securing a spot in the semifinals have significantly improved.
