Ticket prices doubled for Nepal vs. Myanmar final in Women’s Football Tournament

Kathmandu, February 25

The ticket prices for the final match of the ongoing Four-Nation Women’s Football Tournament in Kathmandu have been set, with fans required to pay double the amount compared to the league-stage matches.

Nepal and Myanmar will face off in the final on Wednesday. While the previous ticket prices were Rs 500 for general admission and Rs 1,000 for VIP seats, they have now been increased to Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,000, respectively.

All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) General Secretary Kiran Rai stated that the decision to set the final match ticket prices at Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,000 was made in advance. “We had already decided that if Nepal reached the final, these would be the ticket prices,” Rai told OnlineKhabar. “However, as per the agreement with Brand Logic, their allocation remains at Rs 500 and Rs 1,000, with half of the revenue going towards football development under ANFA.”

The Four-Nation Women’s Football Tournament, organised by ANFA, began on February 17 at Dasharath Stadium, featuring Nepal, Myanmar, Lebanon, and Kyrgyzstan. Nepal and Myanmar have remained unbeaten throughout the competition, securing their spots in the final.
