Kathmandu, March 4
The closed session of the Nepali Congress’ 13th general convention has begun at Bhrikuti Mandap.
At the session, NC’s Acting President has presented the party’s policies and programmes. The party’s central working committee had passed these policies and programmes.
General secretary duo Prakash Man Singh and Krishna Prasad Sitaula will present organisational reports, whereas treasurer Chitra Lekha Yadav will present the party’s financial report.
Participants will discuss these reports and come up with policies for the future, the party informed.
The general convention was inaugurated at Khula Manch on Thursday. The convention will conclude on March 6 by electing a new working committee.
