Kathmandu, August 16
Deputy Prime Minister Krishna Bahadur Mahara, who is in Beijing as Prime Minister Dahal’s special envoy, has met Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi in Beijing.
According to the Nepali Embassy in Beijing, Mahara handed over to Wang formal invitations from PM Dahal to Premier Li Keqiang and President Bhandari to her Chinese counterpart President Xi to visit Nepal.
The embassy said in a statement that Minister Wang held that change in government was Nepal’s internal matter, and China wished for stability in Nepal.
