flydubai announces daily flights from Gautam Buddha International Airport

flydubai, the Dubai-based airline, has announced the launch of daily flights to and from Gautam Buddha International Airport starting November 10.

Ticket sales for the Dubai-Bhairahawa-Kathmandu route opened on Tuesday, with Universal Tours and Travels appointed as the airline’s General Sales Agent.

Pratap Babu Tiwari, General Manager of Gautam Buddha International Airport, stated that the flydubai flight will land at Gautam Buddha International Airport at 1:45 pm and at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu at 2:45 pm.

The flight will continue to Dubai after a one-hour technical stop in Kathmandu. Passengers arriving from Dubai will disembark at Gautam Buddha International Airport, and passengers flying to Dubai will board the same aircraft. The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has approved this schedule.

flydubai will operate these flights daily from Gautam Buddha International Airport. General Manager Tiwari also mentioned that a team from flydubai recently visited the airport.

Additionally, Jazeera Airways is set to resume flights from Gautam Buddha International Airport starting October 28, with services operating three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
