Gold prices hit all-time high record

Kathmandu, July 12

Gold prices have surged to a new record high this Friday, breaking the previous record set just six days ago on Sunday.

The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association announced that the price of gold for Friday is set at Rs 146,700 per tola, an increase of Rs 1,800 from the previous day, making it the highest price ever recorded. The previous record was Rs 145,400 per tola, set last Sunday.

Silver prices have also seen a significant rise, increasing by Rs 15 per tola. On Thursday, silver was traded at Rs 1,885 per tola, but today it has reached Rs 1,900 per tola.
