Hetauda, November 11
A newborn has been found ditched in a dumping ground in the Hetauda city of the Makawanpur district.
The lifeless body was packed in a sack. It was found by the local government staff while segregating biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste carried by a tractor (Na 4 Ta 2698), according to police.
The body has been taken to the Hetaunda Hospital for postmortem.
Police are further looking into the case, according to DSP Tek Bahadur Karki.
