Kathmandu, May 21
The Ministry of Health and Population has reported 17 new cases of coronavirus infection in Jhapa, Dhankuta, and Sunsari districts of Province 1.
The ministry’s joint spokesperson Sameer Kumari Adhikari informs 15 new cases have been detected in Jhapa this morning. Likewise, one case has been found in Sunsari and Dhankuta districts each.
With this, the number of Covid-19 cases in the country has reached 444 as of 6:50 am on Thursday morning, with 45 recovered cases and two deaths.
