Bharatpur, February 26
A rhino was found dead in the Chitwan National Park on Sunday.
The rhino, which is believed to be around 12 years old, was found dead inside the Belsar Buffer Zone Community Forest at Jarnelighat on the bank of Rapti river of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-13, Chitwan.
Information Officer of the Chitwan National Park, Ganesh Prasad Adhikari, said that rhino horn and hooves are safe.
The Park officials have assumed that the rhino died following a fight with another rhino.
