Kathmandu, January 31
Tribhuvan University, the biggest university in the country, says it is preparing to resume examinations of various programmes after mid-February.
Earlier this month, the university had postponed the exams indefinitely due to the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic triggered by the Omicron variant of the virus.
But now, with the infection rate gradually on the decline, the university will resume examinations after a fortnight, according to the TU Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi.
“Discussions are underway. We will hold a meeting with all deans on Wednesday and publish a new notice on Thursday.”
