Kathmandu, December 18
The 49th convocation ceremony of the Tribhuvan University (TU) is taking place at Dashrath Stadium on Monday.
According to TU register Peshal Dahal, over 73,000 students are graduating but only 12,415 students are taking part in the convocation ceremony on Monday.
Dahal said President Ram Chandra Paudel will attend the ceremony as the chief guest. Likewise, TU’s Chancellor and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal will also participate in the convocation ceremony.
Various medals and awards will be distributed on the occasion, said Dahal.
