Kathmandu, February 8
Nepali Congress senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that if he was elected Nepali Congress President, he would resolve the problems in the Madhesh.
Addressing the party’s Kathmandu convention, Deuba said that Nepali Congress had lost out on opportunities because of its inability to decide according to times.
He added that because Congress decided to stay in the opposition, UML could unilaterally appoint the CEO of the reconstruction authority, and NC lost its say in the appointment of ambassadors.
