After a long time, former prime minister and Naya Shakti Nepal coordinator Baburam Bhattarai is in the Parliament.
The former lawmaker and former Maoist leader is in the House to learn firsthand about the KP Sharma Oli government’s policies and programmes.
President Bidhya Devi Bhandari is presenting the policies and programmes. And Bhattarai has said he will support good things in the policies and programmes.
In his tweets, Bhattarai has said that he is entering the Parliament after a long time, to listen to President’s speech. He has expressed hope that the government will bring progressive policies and programmes that are accountable to the public.
