Kathmandu, May 19
A 17-year-old youth from Butwal submetropolis-7 has gone missing. The missing youth is Javed Khan, an 11th grader at New Horizon, Butwal.
“Five days ago, my son left home to attend his exams. We have not heard from him since then,” Javed’s father Jamil Khana said.
Javed had left home on the bike numbered Lu 21 Pa 5775 at 6 am on Saturday. He was wearing college uniform.
Jamil told Onlinekhabar he had information that his son did not attend the exam. His mobile is also switched off, Jamil said.
Mahendra Khadka, deputy superintendent of police at Butwal area police office, said they have intensified search for the youth. He admitted that there has been no headway in the case so far.
