Kathmandu, September 18
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is returning home on Sunday after completing his four-day visit to India.
Prachanda will board a flight to Nepal at Indira Gandhi International Airport after visiting Yoga Guru Ramdev’s Patanjali Yogpeeth.
During his India visit, Nepal PM called on India’s President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former PM of India Manmohan Singh, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj, among others.
At a special ceremony organised at Presidential Palace in New Delhi, Indian government also presented a guard of honour to Nepal PM Prachanda.
During the visit, Nepal and India signed a three-point agreement on construction of the Postal Highway and Indian grant for post-quake reconstruction work. The two countries have also issued a 25-point joint communiqué.
